If you’re working on your flexibility and core strength, the Gyrotonic approach to exercise might be the perfect fit. It enlists a piece of equipment called the Pulley Tower to open up the hips and shoulders and bring flexibility to the spine. The fitness modality is built upon a circular motion to achieve more movement in traditionally tight areas of the body.
